Refund Policy

Overview
Pro subscriptions are billed once per year at ₹399/year through Razorpay. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Pro isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward refund policy detailed below.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to Pro and are not satisfied, email billing@getwhatsapp.link within 7 days of your payment date with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. No questions asked.
After 7 days
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window unless required by applicable law. Your Pro features remain active until your subscription end date — we do not prorate or refund unused months after the guarantee period.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Account. Cancellation stops auto-renewal (we do not auto-renew without consent). Your Pro features stay active until the subscription end date shown in your account. No partial refunds for early cancellation after the 7-day window.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice or a payment failed but was deducted, email billing@getwhatsapp.link with your Razorpay payment ID and bank statement screenshot. We resolve duplicate charges within 3 business days.
Free plan
The free plan (₹0 forever) has no billing and no refunds apply. You can use it indefinitely with up to 3 active links.
